When the English “to make” is followed by an adjective, the French language uses the verb “rendre”:

Il fait nuageux. = it\u2019s cloudy. <\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il fait chaud. = it\u2019s hot.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n
